We got up super early for our snorkel trip: 5:15 AM and out the door by 6:00 AM. Got to the Ma’allea Harbor at 6:30 and were on the boat by 7:00. Breakfast was provided: muffins, bagels, cream cheese, and fruit. Brit felt a bit seasick and drank ginger ale which helped. We were the first boat to arrive at Molokini and the first ones in the water. We saw a lot of fish and the visibility was excellent.
The Boss Hog boat showed up halfway through our snorkel and it was loaded with people. I was glad we spent a bit more and went with the less-crowded boat. After Molokini, they took us to “Turtle Town.” We only saw 2-3 turtles including one that swam directly under Jessa and me. On our previous excursion, the took us to a place off Lanai where we saw 15-20 turtles off one of the big resorts. I was disappointed this tour didn’t take us since I really wanted the girls to see tons of turtles. Lunch was sandwiches and MAI TAIS. I had two–yummy!

Brit said she wanted to relax the rest of the day so we did just that after stopping at McDonald’s because the girls said they didn’t eat the free lunch on the boat…
We sat on the lawn chairs at the condo and read. Brit was upset with Mockingjay when Fennic died and kept asking me if Peeta dies (my girl is Team Peeta all the way). I refused to spoil it for her despite her begging. We stayed out for the longest time and Jessa wanted to swim. I made dinner but overcooked the Marlin and Brit said she was finally sick of pizza LOL. I felt guilty for feeding her garbage the entire trip, but she’s gotta learn to not be a picky eater and eat outside her comfort zone.
